Become A Vendor
Food Service Vehicles or Refreshment vendors are required to fill out the City Of Hamilton Public Health & Safety Application & return to the organizer no later than 14 days before the event
*All vendors are required to pay a $100.00 fee to the organizer via Interac E-Transfer to 905festprod@gmail.com -( vendors may also make a non-monetary contribution equal to that of the vendor fee)
Food Service Vehicles ( this applies to food trucks only ) that DO NOT possess a license to operate from the City of Hamilton will also be required to pay the additional $43.51 vendor application filing fee. ALL VENDORS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN TENTS AND OR TABLES AS NEEDED FOR THE EVENT .
